Heidi has been a yoga practitioner for 12 years. With the encouragement of her teacher, Lena Madsen, she became a 200-hour RYT in March of 2010, then earned her Level 1 YTU certification with Jill Miller in March of 2011 at the Kripalu Center. As an anatomy geek and cyclist, Heidi knows Yoga Tune Up® provides a seamless bridge between competitive sports and yoga by providing a science based system of total body fitness. It has empowered her to craft classes to best benefit clients from all walks of life.
