Fitness professional for over 20 years. ACE certified in group fitness and personal training. Managed and supervised the group fitness department in 20 locations for Bally Total Fitness. Trained in over 20 formats. Currently teaching YTU, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates and Cycling. Primary focus as co-owner of a new studio: Body in Balance Yoga - Pilates is to bring all aspects of YTU to our new students. All but few Yoga classes will be a YTU variety of flow, ball, and YTU classes offered on the schedule.
