1. Take a brief online survey to determine your recommended program (your workouts are designed for your body type, your time availability, and your experience level).
   
2. Receive three workout variations each month on DVD (one that's 10 - 15 minutes, another that's 15 - 20 minutes, and a fluid combination of both that's a full 30 minutes) then do them on your schedule in the comfort of your own home.
