I am an Advanced Kettlebell Concepts Instructor, a Licensed Yoga Tune Up Practitioner and am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training.

Ladies, want a dancers body? You got it! I have all sizes of weights and we’ll use them to define and lengthen your whole body. Guys, want to look like a shredded fighter? Done! I have Kettelbells up to 80lbs and I look forward to the client who’s impressive strength force me to buy something heavier, bring it on!
