Jason Griffin
  • Jason is a certified personal trainer and Black Belt Nia Teacher. He teaches daily stretching classes, self healing movement classes called Nia Five Stages, private yoga and Yoga Tune Up classes, and occasionally offers group Yoga Tune Up® classes in a series of eight.  His passion for creating a perfectly balanced and proportionate body is reflected in his work. Jason has the ability to infuse precise attention to detail with playfulness. The result is a fun intensity that leaves you glowing with a new connection to your body and a sense of feeling muscles you didn't even know you had.
