Jennifer Cook is a Yoga Tune Up® teacher and Massage Therapist in New Haven, CT. She received her 200 RYT from YOGAspirit® in 2005 and Yoga Tune Up certification in 2009. The Yoga Tune Up training was transformational! The 7 day intense training taught her so many things about her own body, mind and spirit. Jennifer couldn't get enough so she decided to go back to school for Massage Therapy and leave the cooporate world. Her knowledge and compasion creates a safe and challeging environment for students to explore, heal and grow.
