Nicole Quibodeaux

After a career in marketing and sales, Nicole turned her passion for mind-body movement and solving movement dysfunction into a career. She helps students zero-in on their body mechanics and posture to drastically improve their fitness and function. She teaches classes, workshops and trainings at multiple yoga studios and gyms including Equinox and YogaWorks and is helping launch a new self-care fitness program with 24 Hour Fitness nationwide.

Combining her experience in both the business and health & wellness industry, Nicole is launching an online mentoring program for new yoga teachers with her business partner.
